Killay is a well established, customer focused office with new and returning customers alike. We are a small dedicated team with almost 70 years experience between us in the local market.

John Francis Estate Agents have 20 Residential Offices and 4 Lettings Departments. Our specialised Commercial Department which is based in Narberth,  covers west Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen town itself, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.  We are backed by Countrywide, the largest and most successful estate agency group in the UK.

For a sole agency fee therefore all our clients have the benefit of 20 offices offering their property to potential buyers.These facilities are possible by the use of modern technology linking all our offices together to work as one.  Our terms are usually on a no sale/no fee basis and we offer a free market appraisal. We also sell properties by auction and in 2016 sold 159 properties at auction, from 177 offered. This has achieved £13.6 MILLION in sales at a 90% success rate. When choosing where to buy or sell at auction, historic results are no guarantee of satisfaction, but they are the best indication on where you can place your trust!

Our 4 Lettings Departments cover the whole of the City of Swansea, the Gower and Swansea Valley, east Carmarthenshire including Llanelli and Ammanford as well as Pembrokeshire. Information on all properties in this department are available throughout our group of offices.
