John Francis Estate Agents have 21 offices with 20 residential offices, a commercial office and 4 lettings departments. Our Commercial Dpartment is a specialised department based in Narberth and covers west Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen town itself, Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion.  We are backed by Countrywide, the largest and most successful estate agency group in the UK.

For a sole agency fee therefore all our clients have the benefit of 20 offices offering their property to potential buyers.These facilities are possible by the use of modern technology linking all our offices together to work as one. Our terms are usually on a no sale/no fee basis and we offer a free market appraisal. We also sell properties by auction and in 2015 sold 164 properties at auction, from 176 offered. This has achieved £13.5 MILLION in sales at a 94% success rate.
