For a sole agency fee therefore all our clients have the benefit of 20 offices offering their property to potential buyers. These facilities are possible by the use of modern technology linking all our offices together to work as one.  Our terms are usually on a no sale/no fee basis and we offer a free market appraisal.

We also sell properties by auction and in 2016 sold 159 properties at auction, from 177 offered. This has achieved £13.6 MILLION in sales at a 90% success rate. When choosing where to buy or sell at auction, historic results are no guarantee of satisfaction, but they are the best indication on where you can place your trust!

Tenby area guide

Tenby is set on a peninsula, on the beautiful South Pembrokeshire coastline and is part of the Coastal National Park, ensuring its protection for years to come.
Tenby is the Jewel In The Crown of Pembrokeshire, being known fondly as ‘Little England Beyond Wales’.  The quaint walled town is bounded on 3 sides by the most stunning sandy beaches and picturesque harbour. The cobbled streets meander between the lovely shops, galleries and wonderful eateries throughout the town.  Tenby has won many floral awards over the years and there is always colour to be found around every corner.  From the harbour, you can take a trip to Caldey Island or enjoy a lovely walk along the beaches and up through the town.  There are the usual schools and business amenities that you would expect to find in a busy town.  Approx 1 mile to the east, is the pretty seaside village of Saundersfoot.  Although smaller than Tenby, Saundersfoot does have a vast expanse of beach and a sheltered harbour. There are several local shops and restaurants as well as a primary school.  All along this stunning coastline there are many coves and beaches, linked by coastal walks and many lovely village communities.  For those looking for family fun there are many attractions all within a few minutes drive, including; Folly Farm, Heatherton, Manor Park, The Dinosaur Park and Oakwood.  Due to it’s many and diverse attractions, this is reflected in the property market covered by the branch. From high end sea front apartments to the first time buyers taking their first tentative steps onto the property ladder, we are here to help everyone.  Our property list is so varied and appeals to each every discerning buyer looking for that perfect property.

D.W. & Family

Dear Jane, Shara and others, I would like to thank you all for your help with the purchase of my property last October, your continued support with the bridging loan company regarding the Structural Engineers' report was invaluable. We are all settled in now and just wanted to say thank you from us all. Apologies its taken to long to get in touch. Best regards.

I have moved home over 10 times and can genuinely say that Jane was the most proactive and helpful Estate Agent I have worked with. Whilst the house purchase wasn't without problems due to the age of the property, Jane was able to facilitate a solution which both the vendor and I were comfortable with. Calls were answered or if Jane wasn't available call backs were prompt. Paperwork was accurate and timely. Informal advice on where to get information and answers was helpful. Jane was also always cheerful and positive which was needed when problems arose to stop the purchase detailing. I would absolutely have no hesitation in using John Francis again. I don't say that very often about service providers because I have high expectations that they deliver on their promises and provide the service they are meant to!

Jane, the service I received was excellent, I was kept abreast of progress and Jane chased up any issues diligently. The staff were polite, helpful and a delight to deal with. Kind regards.

Hi Jane & Shara, I would recommend the service provided by John Francis, from valuation and guidance on marketing, right through to feedback on viewings, offers and final sale. I would like to thank you both for all your help and support along the way. Regards.

To Jane, little Steve and all at John Francis, Tenby. What a fantastic service, thank you...and I wasn't even paying!! Your kindness, care and support helped make an incredibly stressful time just that little bit better and for that I am extremely grateful. From that very first phone call and a frantic dash down to Pembrokeshire, I cannot fault all you have done for me, from recommending a fantastic hotel that would accommodate not just me but also Bad Boy Brodie (my knee breaking Golden Retriever puppy), your calls to update and more importantly, the fun phone calls, I really feel that you truly care. So thank you again and Jane, you do remember that you offered to go food shopping if I wasn't able to drive, well I can drive and feel so much better, but does the offer still stand??!!! With very best wishes.

Jane and all the team, Thank you for selling the house so quickly, for always being so friendly and personal and for support us during our move. Love and best wishes.

Ms J F

What a fantastic service, thank you. Your kindness, care and support helped make an incredibly stressful time just that little bit better and for that I am extremely grateful. From that very first phone call and a frantic dash down to Pembrokeshire, I cannot fault all you have done for me, from recommending a fantastic hotel that would accommodate not just me but also "bad boy Brodie" (my knee breaking Golden Retriever puppy), your calls to update me and more importantly the fun phone calls, I really feel that you truly care.

Mr & Mrs G

Thanks for all your help, we really appreciate all that you have done for us.

I would like to give recognition to Jane from your Tenby office who recently assisted me in finalising the purchase of my property. I work in the public sector where I have the highest expectations of my staff in their daily interactions with the public. I was so impressed with Jane due to her professionalism, dedication and common sense approach to everything. She had to please a lot of people which she did impeccably and showed great patience and dexterity; as a result of my interactions with Jane I would recommend your company to others.(I would also have her working for my organisation!) If I may humbly suggest, you need to bottle up Jane's skills and personal qualities to assist with the induction of new staff. Im sure if you had more people like Jane your customer satisfaction levels would no doubt go from strength to strength resulting in more business. Hopefully you will be able to give Jane some formal recognition by your company as she truly deserves it. Kindest Regards

A & M

Jane, where would we be if it wasn't for all your help, you wonderful human being. You've gone over and above, throughout the process and we appreciate the service more than we can express. I hope John Francis recognise your efforts. Thanks again.
