Our Lettings Department is led by Jodi Baister ARLA based in our Walter Road Office in Swansea serving our 7 Swansea Offices.

We believe that having both Lettings and Sales Departments in the Swansea area provides our many clients with a greater degree of flexibility. Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential lettings including current market values, furnishing options, relevant legislation, safety regulations and inventory reports.
