About Us

John Francis Estate Agent forms 20 residential offices covering the whole of Swansea and West Wales.

We are proud to be traditional agents being able to deal face to face but have lead the way in marketing properties.  Advertising has changed a great deal in the past few years but we have been online for 15 years plus but you still have to have local people on the ground selling.

To achieve the best price for your property don’t make the mistake of limiting the promotion of your property just to online and to companies who promote themselves and not your home.

All our clients selling a property have the benefit of 20 offices offering their property to potential buyers. Sellers and buyers are also assured that they are dealing with Estate Agents that are trained and that all of our Managers and are actually qualified Estate Agents with genuine expert local knowledge on values and marketing.

We carry out auctions holding 5 auctions a year at Parc Y Scarlets. In 2016 our results speak for themselves selling 159 properties from 177 lots offered raised £13.6 million giving us a success rate of 90%.  These statistics we are very proud of.  Not many auction houses across the whole of the UK can claim such a high percentage success rate over the year.  The success of our auctions is down to the trust placed in us by many of our sellers, hard work of our staff and marketing attracting buyers locally and a wide range of buyers attending the auction in ever increasing numbers.

Our Lettings Department is centralised in 4 offices. The first two cover the whole of the City of Swansea, The Gower and the Swansea Valley; the third, east Carmarthenshire including Llanelli and Ammanford and the fourth, the whole of Pembrokeshire. Information on all properties in these departments are available throughout our Lettings Offices.

Our Commercial department is a specialised department based in Narberth and covers west Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen town itself, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion plus Swansea and the surrounding areas.
