Cardigan is the largest town in the south of the county of Ceredigion and is adjacent to the boundary of north Pembrokeshire. It is close to the West Wales coast and acts as a focal point for both the local population as well as for the busy tourist trade especially in the summer months. The town is served by the A487 road from Fishguard to the south to Aberystwyth in the north with easy road links to Tenby/Narberth via the A478 and Carmarthen along the A484.The premises are situated on the edge of Cardigan's maim shopping area and therefore convenient for all the town centre amenities.
The main section of the building is on four floors and provides office accommodation on each of them along with WC, kitchen and various storage areas. To one side is a two storey area also laid out as offices with further offices in a single storey extension. While the usable floor space is approximately 4,527 sq ft (420.72 sq m) it would be possible to sub divide into smaller self contained office suites subject to any planning etc being obtained.
Our clients are prepared to consider either a freehold sale or a letting on the premises in whole or in part subject to acceptable terms being agreed.
