Dear Helen, On behalf of my mother and myself, I would like to thank you and your colleagues for your assistance in selling my parents' property. I feel a fair price was achieved, and despite a few efforts to 'chip', we were able to complete the sale at the price agreed initially. After 31 years living there, my mother is, understandably, in two minds about the sale as she misses the cottage very much and her happy life there with my father. However, the sale will certainly help her settle into her life in Buckingham, only 10 minutes from my home, and ensure she enjoys a comfortable life in her new property. I was please that the buyers decided to purchase the cottage. Having met them there, I was struck by how relaxed they seemed in the surroundings, and I feel they will be very happy in the cottage once they have adapted it to their requirements.
