John Francis Estate Agents have 20 Sales Offices, 5 Lettings Departments and we hold 5 auctions per year. 
Our specialised Commercial Department covers west Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen town itself, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. 
All our clients have the benefit of 20 offices offering their property to potential buyers. These facilities are possible by the use of modern technology linking all our offices together to work as one. Our terms are usually on a no sale/no fee basis but we do have Enhanced Marketing Packs for high end properties that could include glossy brochures, video tour, drone images and film, floorplan, Premium Listing on Zoopla and our colleagues in John D Wood, London based estate agents marketing the property to include being on the J D wood website.

We offer a free market appraisal if you are thinking of selling, all of our valuers and managers are well trained and have genuine expert local knowledge. We carry out in the region of 5000 market appraisals and arrange between 25,000 and 30,000 viewings a year!
When choosing where to buy or sell at auction, historic results are no guarantee of satisfaction, but they are the best indication on where you can place your trust! Our average success rate in 2019 was 89% being well above the national average and the highest achieved in Wales where 100 plus lots were sold.
Our 5 Lettings Departments cover the whole of the City of Swansea, the Gower and Swansea Valley, east Carmarthenshire including Llanelli and Ammanford as well as Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire. Information on all properties in this department are available throughout our group of offices.
