Description

Investors Opportunity! A great opportunity to purchase 4 similar properties in the town of Kidwelly. The properties do require some improvement but nothing major and are ideal to be purchased as a port folio and then rented out. The guide price for all 4 is £140,000-£150,000 and based on the higher figure that equates to £37,500 per property!! Assuming upgrading costs of £10,000 per property, a purchase price of £150,000 taking costs and expenses up to around £200,000 if the properties were rented out at a minimum of £625 pcm this would give a yield of 15%. *Guide Price & Reserves

Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
