Description
55 Acres approx. of valuable agricultural marsh land in one block which is in need of some improvement but suitable for grazing. The land is low lying level land, located close to the Carmarthen Bay coastline between Laugharne and Pendine. Although in need of fencing, the boundary is partly enclosed by ditches and fencing with some internal hedges. Marsh land is overgrown in places with some open ditches.
