Situated along a prominent main road location adjoining the A484 which links Carmarthen to the West and Burry Port/Llanelli to the East. Access is via the gated entrance (just off the main road) on the side road leading to Pinged. A concrete drive leads to the derelict outbuilding, a former Barracks.
