A parcel of land amounting to just under half an acre or so of gently sloping young woodland, situated in the North Pembrokeshire village of Bridell, adjoining the A478. The land has not been managed and in parts has become overgrown, however enjoys a pretty little stream along one of its boundaries and a vista of a charming old stone bridge. The land is being sold as it is and does not have planning consent for a dwelling. Buyers can make enquiries to the Planning Authority with regard to development/placing a caravan/log cabin on the land etc. We are not aware of any services available on site.
