Description

An opportunity to purchase a Grade II listed building with a coach house and an annexe. The buildings are currently used as 13 letting rooms and would be of great interest to investors and speculators. The three buildings are all in need of renovation/modernisation and have potential for generating a good income. Four of the letting rooms are currently occupied, but we have been informed that the tenants will have vacated prior to the auction giving vacant possession. EER Flat 5: 61/80

*Guide Price & Reserves

Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
