OUR NEXT AUCTION IS SCHEDULED FOR 11th November 2025.

In 2025 we are changing from our traditional 5 auctions a year to selling the properties on an 'as and when' basis so that each property is given the optimum marketing time and Legal Packs are prepared and available for buyers to inspect well in advance of the sale.

Auctions offer a whole range of different and exciting property opportunities and, most importantly, certainty!

It may seem a daunting process to buy at auction because it is something that most people are not used to. However, if you follow these guidelines you will find an auction very straight forward and an enjoyable process.. You are assured that with our auction our staff are well motivated, trained and experienced in dealing with auction properties. A sale by auction is not for everyone, but it does give transparency and it is something that a good agent should be able to recommend to a seller when carrying out a market appraisal.
