Our second auction of 2020 was held Online for the first time 23rd September due to Covid restrictions. Over £1.5 million pounds worth of property was sold achieving a terrific 93% success rate against the current national average of 76%.

This is what a client wrote following the auction -

'. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Louise and her team in the Sketty branch. After having a considerable amount of difficulty selling our property and encountering all manner of issues, the team came to the rescue by placing the property in auction. With the auction being online and the estate agent not having held a remote based auction previously, I was naturally sceptical  on how it would go.
