The front bar area in this listed building has an abundance of character and creates a warm welcome with its natural stone walls, traditional wooden bar and woodburner. The premises are located in the popular Carmarthenshire market town of Llandeilo approximately 15 miles east of Carmarthen and 13 miles north of Junction 4 of the M4 motorway. The public house fronts New Road and is adjacent to the project to refurbish Llandeilo Market Hall which is currently at an advanced stage of construction. The premise will therefore benefit from being next to this landmark scheme with its proposed new employment space, use as an events venue, market hall with restaurant and cafeteria with anticipated opening date in late 2022. The premises will therefore benefit from being next to Llandeilo's latest landmark project and the increased footfall that will be enticed to this part of the town.
