Morriston area guide


The Morriston office occupies a prominent position right at the centre of the town. As well as being ideally located just off Woodfield Street shopping centre, there are multiple bus routes and transport links close by.

Morriston and its surrounding towns and villages have always been popular with both buy-to-let investors and owner-occupiers, due to the wide variety of properties available, from Victorian age terraces, to modern developments offering a mix of town houses, semi-detached and detached properties.

Areas such as the semi-rural and sought after Felindre, down to the ‘Urban Village’ of Llandarcy, still currently in development, can all enjoy the easy access provided by the M4 corridor.
