Following Welsh Government update we just want to share with you our operating plans for our branches from 21st December 2020. Physical viewings of properties whether vacant or occupied are allowed wherever you are from in the UK but you must be in a position to proceed with a purchase. Valuations can take place as normal and in line following the guidance on working in other people’s homes. Our offices in line with Welsh Government Guidance are closed to the public but we are trading normally otherwise and in line with all Covid Working Policies.
