Welsh Government Firebreak Update
Following Welsh Government update on Monday 19th October, we just want to share with you our operating plans for our branches and our trading policy moving forward during the Firebreak period.
In line with the policy from Welsh Government the offices have to be closed to the general public.
From this Saturday physical viewings of properties whether vacant or occupied are not allowed until the 9th of November but we are able to do virtual viewings.
We will carry out valuations on vacant properties and on occupied properties we will do desktop valuations.
Home moves can still take place during this period if the moving date can't be delayed until after the short lockdown period is over. Associated activities, for example, removals processes, property preparation, handover of keys in line with guidance.
